Delete your account & data

Crewboxx is built to need as little of your data as possible — you can play entirely as a guest with no account at all. If you did create an account, here's how to remove it and everything tied to it.

In the app (fastest)

  1. 1Open Crewboxx and go to the Profile tab.
  2. 2Tap Settings, then "Delete account".
  3. 3Type DELETE to confirm — this is permanent.

By email

Can't access the app? Email hello@crewboxx.com from the address on your account with the subject “Account deletion request”. We'll verify and process it within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your profile, saved crew and player names, game stats, notification preferences, any prompts or packs you submitted, entitlements, and push tokens are permanently removed. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Some records may be retained briefly where required by law (e.g. tax, fraud, or security logs), then deleted. See our Privacy Policy for the full retention schedule.
