Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Crewboxx app ("Crewboxx", "the app"), operated by Whitescroll Technologies (OPC) Private Limited, New Shanti Nagar, Roopsagar Road, Keshav Nagar, Udaipur, Rajasthan 313001 ("we", "us"). By using Crewboxx, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. Questions: hello@crewboxx.com.
1. Eligibility
You must be 13 or older to use Crewboxx. The Spicy and Wild content tiers are intended for adults; by selecting them you confirm you are 18 or older. You're responsible for choosing a content tier appropriate for everyone playing.
2. The service
Crewboxx is a pass-and-play party-games app for a group sharing one device. It's free to play. We may add optional paid features (e.g. premium packs) in the future, which would be covered by additional terms shown at the time of purchase. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
3. Accounts
You can play as a guest. If you sign in (e.g. via an email link), you're responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time from Settings.
4. User-generated content
Crewboxx lets you submit prompts and create packs ("Your Content"). You keep ownership of Your Content, but by submitting it you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, store, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute it within Crewboxx (including publishing approved content to other players).
You agree that Your Content will not:
- target, harass, or demean any individual or protected group;
- include real people's private information;
- contain unlawful, hateful, or sexually exploitative material; or
- infringe anyone's rights.
We review submissions and may reject, remove, or edit any content at our discretion. Don't rely on Crewboxx to store Your Content — keep your own copy.
5. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the app: no reverse engineering, scraping, disrupting the service, circumventing moderation or age gates, or using Crewboxx to harm others.
6. Mature content & responsible play
Crewboxx includes edgy, suggestive, and adult-themed prompts in higher tiers, and references to social drinking in some game styles. This content is for entertainment among consenting adults. Crewboxx does not encourage excessive or underage drinking or any unsafe activity. Play responsibly; you and your group are solely responsible for your conduct while using the app.
7. Intellectual property
The Crewboxx name, logo, design, and the app itself are owned by us and protected by law. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our branding.
8. Disclaimers
Crewboxx is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content will suit every audience.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Crewboxx. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using Crewboxx and delete your account at any time.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the app evolves. We'll revise the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, give notice in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Udaipur, India.
